| Find out exactly what is in the air you
are breathing and whether you are really safe and sound in your own
home, by sampling the air and getting certified laboratory results.
Action Safety’s Home Mold Sampling kit is safe and easy
for you to use in your own home. Simply open up the three sampling
dishes in areas of your home that you feel are suspicious and
let them gather samples for the laboratory to sample. Once you
send in the samples, the Laboratory will send you back a full
report with or without color photos, your choice.
What is measured? The numbers reported to you represent the
number of colonies of each mold that appeared on your exposure
sampling dish. Each colony has grown from a live spore or spore
cluster that landed on the agar when you followed the instructions
and exposed the plates. This method gives measurements of the
relative number of spores that occurred in the air at the time
and place at the exposure of the plate.
Mold spores are generally found in the air year round. Depending
upon the season the rates change due to temperatures and outdoor
activities such as raking leaves and wind. What ends up inside
of your home and the rates in which they can occur can be measured
through the use of Action Safety’s Home Mold sampling kit.
Allergic Reactions may develop when you are exposed to moderated
levels of certain molds, or they may not develop at all to high
levels of others, therefore you should always consult your allergist
for a specific diagnosis for your findings. The kinds of mold
spores named in your report can serve as suggestions for mold
allergies to be tested for, especially if they are at high levels.
Some health problems other than allergies may be caused by very
moldy conditions, so you may want to find out more about reducing
mold and mildew in your home. Once you have alleviated the sources
of the mold and mildew the use of a sustainable environmental
product such as an Air Purifier will provide you with measurable
results.
It is as simple as this.
